Banjo-josh Clifton Hicks reminds me why I love music and play the banjo. Very hard to pick out a favorite track on this album. Hearing Clifton hicks playing "going down the road feeling bad" inspired me to incorporate his style, the best I can, in to my picking. Favorite track: Goin' Down the Road Feeling Bad/Lonesome Road Blues.

about

We recorded this album to present the tunes in a older style while putting our own twist on them. This album represents a survey of Scots Irish, English and American Folk music as it traveled from the British Isles into the Mountains and into the west.
